Our Services:
Partners Consulting was initially selected by BCM to assist them with their Identity and Access Management product selection. This was done through our packaged software selection service offering called our IdM RoadMapTM. The selection process included assessment of the homegrown provisioning system that was outdated and expensive to maintain verses industry leading software packages from CA, Sun and IBM. Through our years of service providing software package selection on many different tools our staff developed well-defined business and technical requirements document as well as conducted vendor due diligence to narrow down the field of potential Identity Management Software vendors, ultimately helping BCM select the best fit for their situation. Later after the product was procured our firm competed to implement the chosen software platform and was selected because we had developed a unique understanding of BCM’s specific requirements as a learning institution and as a hospital.
